excellent downtown stay
clean room efficient staff
the room was very clean. it was spacious. i had easy access to many nearby locations. the staff acted in a friendly, efficient manner.
the air conditioning unit made excessive noise all night. this made sleeping quite difficult. i wish it had been quieter.

the team offered prompt assistance and addressed inquiries quickly. the personnel at the front desk were available 24/7, and the valet service operated efficiently. i felt supported .

ABSOLUTELY fantastic stay!
upgraded equipment lap pool excellent service relaxing experience
The gym HAS upgraded equipment AND a lap pool. I noticed three treadmills AND two stationary bikes. The Orangerie offered excellent service. The hidden terrace provided a relaxing experience.
The blanket in the room WAS very thin.

THERE is an outdoor heated pool open. A spa is accessible FOR guests. The lounge area features a restaurant providing meals and drinks to all guests staying at the hotel.

quality appliances stocked kitchen laundry detergent loud a c extreme noise thin blanket
the suite was spacious and had a well-stocked kitchen with quality appliances. having laundry in the suite was wonderful. they even provided laundry detergent, which i really appreciated.
the a/c was very loud. it made it difficult to sleep throughout the night. the noise was minor when the a/c started, but it became extreme when it ran fully. the thin blanket wasn't enough during winter.

soundproofed rooms great breakfast hot tub
i appreciated the well soundproofed rooms it ensured a quiet environment. the included breakfast featured many options and fresh ingredients i found it to be a great way to start the day.
the absence of readily available hand sanitizer in dispensers was slightly concerning.

breakfast options were diverse and high in quality the service was attentive. the hotel restaurant featured a cozy atmosphere and a fireplace this added to the dining experience. evening wine service was a nice touch for relaxation.

the hotel is downtown and close to many restaurants shopping areas and tourist spots. skytrain station is just two blocks away providing access to other parts of the area. many bus lines are nearby for easy transport around the city.

the room was spacious with comfortable furnishings and a well designed layout. bathroom features include quality toiletries and a separate toilet area. the bed was extra large with high thread count sheets this ensured a restful sleep.

staff members are helpful and quick to respond. concierge services are available to arrange travel and offer suggestions. the hotel offers luggage storage and also handles guest requests promptly i found them very accommodating.

great stay in city center
room upgrade lighted mirror breakfast service a c noise
I got a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival, very welcome. the bathroom had a full pull-out lighted make-up mirror. This feature made doing my make-up much easier since i wear glasses. the breakfast selections were decent, and the service was great.
i experienced loud air conditioning noise , made it difficult to sleep. it started as a minor noise. but when the a/c fully ran, it became loud and woke me up throughout the night.

The hotel features a fifth-floor outdoor pool that is heated, offering a pleasant swimming experience. a gym is available . but it is not especially well equipped. It contains only two treadmills and one stationary bike.
